BOOKING

No booking is confirmed without a 50% booking fee - this is used to purchase stock for your design/display and therefore is non refundable. The final balance is due 7 days before collection/set up.

If your order is for collection/set up within 14 days full payment is due at time of booking.

Orders placed on the website are due in full at time of order

BALLOON CARE

All balloons are quality checked and are inflated 4-6 hours before collection/delivery to ensure there are no faults. Please check your balloons at collection or delivery as we are not responsible for balloons when they are no longer with us.

(please ensure you let whoever is collecting for you know this too)

Please do not keep balloons in car or garage overnight as the extreme temperatures can affect them, when collecting please take the straight home and out of bags - Heat can make balloons pop due to expansion please use air conditioning when driving in hot weather.

Your balloons like to be at room temperature and away from radiators and sharp objects

Children should be watched when around balloons, please dispose of all balloons appropriately as they cause a chocking hazard to both children and pets.

Any prop/frame used within your set up is your responsibility during hire period, children should not touch or climb on props/frames - any damage caused during your hire period will be repaired/replaced where required and you will be responsible for these costs.

Please be aware vinyl writing/decals on bubble balloons will start to wrinkle/bubble this is normal and due to shrinkage and aging of the balloon, we would alway advise to arrange collection for on the day of the event when ordering helium filled bubbles.

CANCELLATION 

If you have to cancel your order with more than 7 days before collection/set up I am happy to provide a credit note to the value of your deposit for future use.

If you have to cancel your order within 7 days of collection/set up no refund will be given as work will have already begun on your order.
